The calmness and peacefulness of the video resonated with me. There are two things I thought of. First there's a part of the video that reminds me of Love Actually, when Mark is showing Juliet the signs professing his love for her. He's written on signs and flips through them as she reads them. Very romantic.
And second thing is the end of the video reminded me that I need to always be in the present moment and happiness occurs in THIS moment and in THIS moment. Happiness can be anywhere and at every moment, you just have to be in the present moment.
Thank you so much for sharing. Being in the moment can be a challenge for me. My mind is constantly rushing trying to figure out what needs to be done next.
