Aqua Jogging
With my Ipod Shuffle clipped onto my visor, I aqua jogged for almost 30 minutes. Surprisingly it wasn't as boring as I expected. Although there was no discomfort in my hip, I wonder if the movement would bother it later. After my jogging I did 17 minutes of laps. I'm amazed that I am a runner yet after 1 lap I'm struggling to catch my breath. Overall I had a good workout and am pleased to get 45 minutes of low impact cardio.
