Laps, laps and more laps
I'm by no means a swimmer but I have made my way up to 30 minutes of swimming. I suppose that I'm not totally bored out of my mind because I have to concentrate on breathing and not drowning. Yes, on occassion I still come up gasping for air but overall I'm doing really good with the laps and the breaks at each lap are getting shorter. Who knows, if I get "good" (hahahaha) at laps, I may try a tri.
