Saturday Long Run
I did it! I did 6 miles and it felt like a lot more. Actually it was 6.84 since I wanted to run to the water fountain. But I did it and it felt...well it felt tiring but great! I got a later start so I was in the sun more than I would have liked. Once I turned back the sun wasn't in front of me so it was much more tolerable. While I was out there I was thinking of fellow blogger and runner DirtDawg who is running the Burning River 100 today and tomorrow. To run 100 miles is an amazing feat. John has run a 50 miler and I keep trying to convince him to run another one. Right now for me a marathon is more than far enough but one day I would like to be a pacer for someone (someone slow) who is running an ultra. Go Dirt Dawg!!

I looked up Dirt Dawg's result and he finished in 27 hours. Unbelievable!
