Long Run and Simon's Cat

My long run this morning was awesome.  I ran with the big boys and kept up...that is until they did fartleks at the end.   The big boys includes John (BF), Gerald and John and usually I get a head start on them since they are faster or I need to run a longer distance. They usually run about 8:30's on the way out and faster on the way back and have been running about 10 miles. Today I decided to run with them and I managed to stay with them the whole time and we averaged 8:17 pace.  It was tough but I stayed with them and I feel great for having such a great run.  To run faster you have to practice running faster.

I'm a cat fan.  I think I was a cat in a previous life and retained the 1/2 cat in my current life.  Simon cat cartoons are awesome.  Simon is always hungry and getting into mischief.  There is a new cartoon out special for Christmas (don't let Jamoosh see this because this is a cut video and Jamoosh likes videos where the cat is put in a self wash thingy. Mean! Mean Jamoosh and no, I'm not going to link to the video of the poor kitty wigging out in the cat washer).

Happy Running!

Great run, well done! Running with a faster group like that is perfect to help with your speed. I love cats, we have three at home. Lovely video! Have a great week!
