I ran in my new Lunar Glides in Portland. Having run 7ish miles yesterday at a strong pace, I was tired today but still ran for 54 minutes. . Again the weather was perfect and the new shoes worked well. Being over analytical I kept thinking and wondering if a new ache during the run was from the shoes. Pretty much any ache was temporary and went away. At the end of the run I realized that the shoes were laced too tight but the run was over anyway.
Next Monday I start week one of training and then the obession with running, marathons and training really starts.
